This picture was taken while testing the emergency ballast tank blow system at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard Bremerton WA. USS Drum was at the shipyard from 1985-87 for a refueling overhaul. Thank you to Mike Somers former ET2 (SS) who served on Drum 1986-90 for sending in this great shot.
